How to complete V-Wallet Setup?
Once you have activated your account you will then need to enter your Username & Password exactly as it appears in the registration email, as the information is case-sensitive, to successfully log into the account. Once you have logged in, you will be redirected to your V-Wallet Setup. This page requires you to enter the following:
Account Information: such as your First & Last Name, Residential Address, Date of Birth, Primary language preference
Identification: Social Security Number (US), Passport/Government ID (non-US)
Agreements: Agree to the Terms & Conditions, Verify that all of your information you provided is correct
Transaction Pin: Setup your transaction PIN between 4-10 numeric digits (no letters)
Security Questions & Answers
Once you have entered the necessary information, you should see this message at the top of your V-Wallet account: “Congratulations! You have successfully set up your V-Wallet account.”
